The Ur-Quan where unvoidable Non, so they joined them until they could find the weakness that allowed them to void the non.

They said so themselves.
Where exactly did they say that?

Re: So what WOULD happen to each alien race after SC2?

I strongly disagree about the Mycon. In my opinion, the Mycon voluntarily joined the Hierarchy because they thought it would help them spread Juffo-Wup more efficiently. I'm sure they have no interest in destroying the Ur-Quan. The alliance would most likely just restrict the Mycon's movements to th...

Re: A thought on the slaveshield.

Maybe the slave shield is self-sufficient? It could get its energy from the sun, for example (would that count as self sufficient?)

A good point, though.

Re: Funny thing about the Melnorme Probe...

Let's not forget that what the Slylandro tell you about the probe's programming is based only on their memory. Obviously they don't have it written down anywhere. Therefore, if nothing else, we can always brush off anomalities as incorrect memories. And, most importantly, the probe is technologicall...

This is an obstacle you must overcome alone. I will be cheering for you, though. Let me know what you decide.

Re: Eternal Doctrine part II

Questions regarding the story don't need a special permission in this thread. For unrelated questions, feel free to send me a private message.

There isn't any mining in the story (not counting the actual mining of the Moon) because the in-game resource gathering is obviously just a gameplay element.

Re: Eternal Doctrine part II

At least Rigby is fascinated by the life-forms, so they probably want to study the plants themselves at first. I'm sure Dr. Chu and his pals are also interested.

Also, maybe the plants have a future role in the story.

(Good observation though, I did think about selling them.)

Re: Eternal Doctrine part II

If you are referring to the burrowing plants at Alpha Pavonis, the answer is no. They have no reference to the in-game bios. Of course, there's not much known about the in-game bios, so maybe we could imagine that one of them is that plant.
