Now, in the RPG thread you are to only use races from the the A-H war. Alliance Races: Human, Chenjesu, Mmrnmhrm, Arilou, Yehat, Shofixti, Syreen.
The rpg starts when the humans join the war in 2116 (according to Hayes in Star Control II). So at that time I believe the VUX aren't Battle Thralls so the available Hierarchy races at the time when the humans join the war are: Illwrath, Spathi, Umgah, Androsynth and the Thraddash. But the Thraddash weren't in the war so we may have to leave those guys out. The Mycon don't join the Hierarchy until five years later so no Mycon until then. EDIT1: The Kzer-Za are an option. They are the ones who started the Hierarchy. So when I say what Hierarchy races are available I am just talking about what battle thralls are available. In my mind when I say Hierarchy I automatically include Kzer-Za in its definition. So sorry for anyone you read this and thought "Oh my GOSH! No Ur-Quan!?"
EDIT2: Remember, you have an alliance race character and a hierarchy race character but that is the limit.
Also no Utwig, Supox, Slylandro, Zoq-Fot-Pik or Orz. I'm not sure about Pkunk, because I don't know when they broke off from the Yehat. I hope I'm not throwing you off with that but I want to keep it around the Alliance and Hierarchy.
How this going to be played is one year per thread, but this will always be the OOC thread for the entire series. I want this story to last a long time. Each thread will be like a book with in the tens range of pages, I'm hoping for fifteen or twenty minimum. But if we feel the need too we will include multiple years in one thread.
And make sure your posts are usually several paragraphs long, preferably three, but if you can only use two paragraphs or even to sufficiently tell your part of the story, then that's ok.

Name: Ensign Elden Dakota
Age: Sixteen
Race: Human
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 135 lbs.
Appearance: Has dark brown hair and bright blue eyes. He wears standard military uniform which is basically a grey shirt underneath a blue jacket with rank displayed in stars on the collar and sleeves. Has dark blue pants with even darker blue boots. Has a boyish face and his hair is messy with longer tresses of it falling down in his face.
History: After the human race joined the war, major drafts were going on. Dakota was one of the few to join the military willingly. He excelled in piloting skills and was able to push a simple earthling cruiser to beyond its limits. He was stationed aboard the S.C.S. Venture as the helmsman, under command of Commander Ron Hamilton. Currently the Venture is patrolling space near Illwrath and Chenjesu territory, helping where needed.
Personality: He keeps a calm face and posture at all times and is a good leader. Otherwise he has his hands in his pockets and a smug look. His humor is mostly invested in sarcasm, showing his cocky side. But he isn't without faults. He has a hard time keeping his anger under control in certain situations.
