The Pkunk and Ilwrath spheres haven't moved.  The Pkunk never went back to rejoin the Yehat, who are still stuck in their civil war.  The Pkunk mentioned going back "soon" but it hasn't come yet.  I diverted the ILwrath off the Pkunk and they said they were going up to attack Thraddash, but they haven't moved.  No spheres have moved anywhere in the game since the Thraddash dashed into battle and returned after being annihilated.  I'm going to putz around and see if there's any other events I haven't triggered that will bring the Pet out, but as far as I can tell, that will only happen after speaking with the Arilou.

As far as I recall, you don't have to speak with the Arilou for the Dnyarri to achieve control over the Umagh... In fact, I specifically recall being sent to GET KILLED BY THE HANDS OF my ENEMIES during my first time playing the game (I followed a lead about the Umagh Homeworld which I thankfully got from the info Commander Hayes has)... and I never met the Arilou at that game...

Do you have the Taalo Shield (which renders you immune to the Dnyarri's attacks)? if not, see if you can get a hold on it from the Orz... It's a shot in the dark but possibly the mere possession of the Taalo Shield can cause the Dnyarri to appear..
Yes, it may seem impossible to evade shots with a Mmrnhrmm X-form but I can do it

Killing a Shofixti Scout with an Umgah Drone is not impossible....you just have to fight it 70 times!

Little dogs bark. Big dogs don't. It's cuz big dogs know they can tear you apart and thus don't need to bark...
