I demand that you tell us about your children.
...Sorry, I just felt like posing that in a pointlessly agressive way.
Heh. Â Well, there's Alek, age 3. Â He loves playing Super Mario Sunshine, and is rather good at it (for a three-year-old, I guess.) Â He also like Superman a lot. He watches a bit too much TV, Nickelodian (a kids cable channel) mostly. Â He's slightly autistic, so sometime normal sensations can be painful, but he improving constantly. Â He's quite a twittering little bird lately, constantly talking about whatever he's interested in. Â
Henry is age 1, and just learned how to walk.  Very cute.  Rather uninterestingly normal compared to Alek.  Very loud on occasion.  Eats whatever he can find on the floor, if we let him.  His big new thing is taking things out of and putting them into containers.  Some very high resolution pictures at
http://www20.brinkster.com/pariahpress/kids/kids.htm. Â BE warned, they're really more for printing than looking at on your screen; they're BIG! Â
Alek is going to school (the slight autism thing means he needs a little extra prep time to get him ready for the tedious structure of school.)  He and Henry have been getting along pretty well lately.  Alek mimics Henry and chases him around the apartment, going to crawling when Henry does, and they both laugh uproariously.  I was really worried about Alek for a while there, but I think he'll be able to fit into "normal" society okay.  He may be a little "off" in some ways, but he seems like he has the right temperment to be an engineer or something.  It's a good thing I don't worry about my action figures being in mint condition, with these two around! Â

Uh, is that enough, sir? Â
