Not without: art resizing, pixel scaling, EXE authentication, legal rights, tons of recodeing and other random stuff. It's hard work to port a computer game to a completely different platform
Lever1: Hey, I want too push the button
Lever2: No! I want too!
Lever3: Stop whining you two!
Button: Hey Lever 3, can we switch jobs? I'm getting bored of pushing the button....
Lever3: Sweet!
Lever1/2: awww no fair!

It's been done for the Wii, PSP, and a few others.  Maybe?  Controls would be a pain though.

Probably. As you can see on the Ultronomicon, it's already been ported to several other platforms including Iphone. A better question would be, who is going to port it? Without a dedicated person with both coding ability and access to the platform, nothing will happen.

Apart from the legal stuff most of those are quite solvable. As you can see from the list above UQM has already been ported to several hand held platforms.

Yeah, controls would be really challenging. Legibility on the scen might not be great either.

I would for see the problem with nano being that they're have to be ports of the libraries first. like SDL, if im not mistaken.

Furthermore, a lot of those handhelds are very easy to develop for due to their openness (GP2x, Dingoo, all Nokia devices on the list), due to a fairly large community (PSP) or due to official support (iPhone, though somewhat limited). Although I must admit that I don't know a lot about the iPod nano, I doubt it'd be easy to develop for.
