Other option is just to buy a cheap wifi card for your pc and then get an external antenna, both of which are easy to come by. Poking about the net the psp wifi modem thing seems pretty tricky so that's probably a bust. Other options are using cell phone as a modem, I know my phone can do that, I've used it before but that all depends on one's phone and data package, not very cost effective either.
