Dark Memories (OOC)

Well, I like "Noir" storys. You are welcome to contribute. I have no idea where the story leads, help me develop it 8-)

Of course the "monsters" are the Orz... but the time is before Earth met these aliens. As I am not so good with the timeline I haven't included other aliens. But of course you could. But only if you know what you are doing 9-)
(e.g. The Supox are way out of the picture)

Also, sorry if my english sounds "strange"... no native speaker, y'know? 9-)

I likes it.  I'm rather picky when it somes to noir (if it's not good, it's utter crap) and I like how it's done.  I'm glad you didn't go overboard and give him a cigarette  :D

Oooke, so we need someone to rescue the crewmembers? Nobody there who would like to buy me a drink? 9-)
I'd say the best time for the storyline is about 2115 - 2120. At the end it shouldn't give away to much about the Orz!

I don't know too much about story writing, and I'm certainly NO professional in books or something, but Megagun, I think you gave just a tad too much away at the end. I think you should've stopped at "How could I forget THEM......"

The blue drool I talked of was what I picture *Heavy Space* would be like, considering Orz look like fish, and fish live in the deep BLUE. I also said Earthen Word, which is what will probably be someday. By Earthen, I meant that there was only 1 language of earth that the space travellers spoke. Since I don't want to be culturally biased, I named the planetary language Earthen, not English or whatever it may be.

So somebody take it from here!

I hope this is relevant, but the Orz once refer to "*Heavy Space* body's" wich would be gravity wells and planets with large amounts of gravity...

ofcourse I could be wrong, or I could have misunderstood you...
