I never understand why people go around telling others that they are trying to get a proto in order to dump and release it to the community, but when they obtained the proto, they only show videos and holding back the actual game.

You know I was very nearly about to say the same thing, but you beat me to it and had something good to contribute!

Hey! Excellent work and thanks for that! I'll download it for posterity, and page Anthony and Sage who stand by with epSX'es to check it out.

I'll definitely get this downloaded as soon as I am at home.

Unfortunately I'll have to reconfigure ePSXe as I had a hard drive failure over the weekend. Thankfully it won't be hard to get it back to working order.

Thanks, Dreamer!  I tried it, and it works fine!  I can't really figure out what I'm supposed to do, but I managed to blow up some stuff, so Mission Accomplished.

Man, I'm envious of all you guys who have your machines set up and ready to play. I'll have to wait until after the weekend  Sad

I had to sink several minutes into installing the emulators and such, but I was determined, and won out in the end.

The file can only be downloaded 10 times, so someone's got to reupload it or create a torrent of it to allow the rest of us to grab it.

And I too have been thinking the same for a rather long time.

I've got the file but I'm leaving for the weekend. If no one else has reuploaded it by Monday, I'll handle it.

EDIT: Uploaded correct original rar file.

Wow, that's really dire. The carrier is big and clunky and dies too quickly and the fighters are completely pointless (just like the vanilla Dreadnought really) - I was expecting this to be at least slightly fun but it can't even carry off 'frustrating enough that you want to beat it'. I realise that it's a beta but really, I'm glad it was cancelled. Truly awful.

well that's interesting. I wasn't the only one on the project. Smiley

How many missions in the proto there? what is it's build? Do you own the physical proto?

If it's that bad I won't bother trying to download and play it. (Dial-up) Truly sad that it's that bad.
