SCDB 2,500 - UQM forum 1,600

Hey do you know that so far this year SCDB has had almost 2,500 posts, where as UQM forum has had only around 1,600? A remarkable turnaround from 2007. You can blame the crazy newbies.

Quite... I think Lukipela put it well with his comment on how the signal to noise ratio changed from SCDB standards to UQM (and vice versa).

To be fair, it's not purely your fault, as 2500 - 400 = 2100 > 1600. It's also our fault, as we kept replying to you. :)

Well, seeing as the posting rate during the same time in 2007 is slightly below 1000 posts, one could argue is pretty much responsible for around fourty percent of the increase. In fact, if each one of his posts only got slightly more than one reply, he'd total 1100 easily.

But like I said earlier, signal to noise and quantity over quality jne.

Whoops. Sorry about that. Weird slip of the subconscious too, you'd think I'd have used osv. (och sĂĄ vidare, and so on in Swedish) if I slipped up. I guess it's because I mostly write in Finnish nowadays.

It is a bit strange. Doe anyone know how it is in actual Latin languages such as Italian and Spanish?
