The end of battle

I usually try to stop to avoid running into the planet and so I can accelerate in any direction I choose once the next round starts. However, if there is a VUX Intruder in my opponent's fleet, I charge in one direction (away from the planet).

I just accelerate (unless I know where the planet is, in which case I turn to NOT face that as well) so whoever teleports in doesn't get a cheap kill.

But what if the enemy ship just happens to come in right in your path and facing your ship? ;)

Although, of course, this is unlikely.

But what if you're using a nemesis and the gun is pointing BACKWARDS?

Mmm, it is a most grave conundrum that I face in trying to answer to your question. I guess that you'll just have to run away as quickly as possible -- turning 90 degrees either clockwise or anticlockwise and then shooting backwards as you get further and further away. If the *silly cows* haven't *dissolved* by now, then it is the *GO! GO!* and the rest of the *dancing*.

I just accelerate in a non-planet direction and then just start doing a fury death blossom for any poor bastard Vux to try anything sneaky

If I'm in a crappy slow ship I'll try and find the planet for a gravity whip, otherwise I generally just drift.

I actually didnt know what I did in the victory screen actually affected the next match, so I just let it drift.
I would love to say what I know would cause your head to explode, but What I know is so above you that, being so unequiped to comprehend it, your mind would simply ignore it, and that is the definition of ignorance!
