The funny thing is there was a time when I'd care about being one too.  Maybe it has something to do with the fact that this board is so slow now.  Or the fact that I've got the whole family and house thing going on now.  Or a job I enjoy.  Or probation.  I'm never unimpressed by how drastically my priorities have changed over only a few scant years.  Hooray for finally growing up!

P.S..... once you get over 500 (if that is I can give you a special title (anything you want... within reason that is )

"Titles" are one of the fun things of forums...  I have the ability to change your post numbers to anything I want, so don't abuse the system by posting lots of random, useless posts just to bump up your count

Do you have the same ability Scott? Should we all start wishing for custom title? Or vote for each others? Or does your iron rule still only extend to the main site?

I looked into the custom titles, It's something I probably could do or install a mod to do so but I don't have full access to the forum.. i only have the powers of the moderator.But I'll continue to look into that.

That's a pity, although I kind of guessed. How is it that gamespy could give you free reign over the site, but not over the forum anyhow? That seems kind of... odd. And seeing as Chad rarely visits (and doesn't seem to be inclined to do much), couldn't he just make you an admin/evil one?

The admin account is associated with Chad's account as far as I know, so in order to gain access I would need his password to the forum, which i do not have access to.

I suppose I just don't understand how they could give you access to the site, but not to the forum. I'd have thought they were connected somehow.

I have access to the ftp of the site, those allowing me to do whatever i want to the files of the site, but I don't have access to the forum corresponding database as it's accessed through the forum php files which are all setup so you can do anything with out the admin username and password.
