And if that ever happens, all should hope there is a contractual loophole to act as the exhaust port...

Not to side (sorry) track but wow got boring for me by the time i hit lvl 12.just like most mmo's.
Update: Having read the post, I used to think EA was the evil empire, sounds like Activision and a certain CEO are now. Yeah let's make a new star control.. except it will be online and it will be a subscription service, where you can buy upgrades for your ship with real money and don't like the galaxy your in? you can pay to transport it to another one. while were at it let's make them pay to unlock different parts of the hyperspace map.

At least one of the "SC"s currently owned by Activision is seeing a much-needed sequel.

Screw you and your stupid avatar too.Sage wrote:At least one of the "SC"s currently owned by Activision is seeing a much-needed sequel.
Because the letters "SC" mean Star Control. "SC2" is Star Control 2 now and forever. If anyone here ever thinks to abbreviate StarCraft with the letters "SC" will have to answer to me and my auto-genital-punching robot.
Unless we all agree to abandon the name Star Control and use "UrQuan Conflict volume 4" or UQC4 for SC1 and "UrQuan Masters" or UQM or "UrQuan Conflict volume 5" or UQC5 from now on. And that's not going to happen.
Re: Activision & Toys for Bob
Why not just abbreviate StarCraft with "$©" or something...

Re: Activision & Toys for Bob
That hastily aborted Wing Commander clone was called StarCon, so why not refer to Starcraft as StarCra?

Back on the topic, I think that Activision in the annals of gaming history will be recorded as anals of gaming history.
