Plague inc. evolved
I think I'm going to spend all my free time in it...

i've only played the mobile version (without the 'evolved').. it was a nice game but way too difficult.

I just can't win with the Necroa Virus (the zombies) I kill about 98% but then my zombies just die out, I can't get past the Z-COM... Been trying for two days now...

I downloaded a mod of the original Metroid, named 'Metroid Master'. It is significantly more challenging. You will want to make a map.

Finally got a computer that can run modern games. Gotta catch up on a decade of RPGs now... Dragon Age first, then Mass Effects, I think.

Prior to that, I was having fun with Blood Bowl (despite the awful AI) and the HD Diablo (1) Mod (http://mod.diablo1.eu.org/) which I highly recommend if you always wanted to play Diablo 1.5.

I always loved the Age of Wonders games but aside from the rank AI, the endgame was always such a fucking drag I would lose interest halfway through.

I discovered a humorous FF5 mod (not one of the very rude ones - read the first two lines of dialogue on one of those, and deleted it). Unfortunately, it's a bit broken. Once I figure out how to get it working, time for another playthrough.

EDIT: got it. It's pretty good. Still a bit coarse, but acceptable.

gotta love the theme song from clash on the bridge....I just recently bought that game for the SNES along with FF6 (FF3 in North America)

I need to find some time to actually play them tho!
