The Arilou delegation had been looking increasingly worried as the Androsynth talked on. When he mentioned the Quasi-Drive the second Arilou immediately began tapping on the portable HyperWave communicator. Suddenly, the strange telepathic voice begins to speak:

"Androsynthetic delegate, you have no idea what danger you have put yourselves in! There are far more wicked things in other dimensions than you can possibly imagine. You have just given all who are present far more knowledge of other *times* than is safe. There are creatures in QuasiSpace far worse than anything you have experienced, that no repellent can dissuade. We repeat that QuasiSpace travel is not safe for you, nor for anyone else. This Quasi-Drive must remain hidden, unused, for your own safety and that of everyone else here.

Pkhat, please do not be jealous of Zelnick. We gave him a Quasispace drive so that the human race, the entire galaxy, could be saved from the Kohr-Ah. You must understand that in the absence of such a dire emergency we cannot, will not, take such a colossal risk as giving our technology to an entire race, let alone the whole Alliance."

"Well, I'm glad you asked, Ahnd. Yes, the humans created us, and used us to further their curiosity. They started to neglect us, abuse us, treat us like toys for their amusement. So, we out smarted the pitiful humans and went on our own ventures elsewhere. Unfortunately, we were subjugated by the Ur-Quan, a highly advanced race...with a primitive mindset. When the hierarchy won the war we went back to our researching. Everything prior to our "accident" were just tests, test of our adaptability and survivability. Something took us away to somewhere horrific, and we were even able to outsmart even *it*!

We Androsynth still are a bit edgy about the easily manipulated humans, but all the bad they've done to us...was nothing compared to what we have overcome. We actually owe the humans for warming up our ability to adapt and survive, but we shall leave the humans to their own devices, they haven't yet proved their general stability to us..."

RTL-79 clicks a button and the lights in the room turn off, a neon blue, 3D hologram pops up, showing the Quasi-Drive. "As you may know, the area above truespace is a dimension where everything is compressed, allowing quicker transit then if travel commenced in truespace. This dimension, dubbed hyperspace, has yet another dimension above it, quasispace. Until now, only the Arilou was capable of pushing even further up into quasispace, but now we know their secret. You could say that the Androsynth have the most initiative in mobility of every other race here. With this drive, we can explore the stars like nobody has ever before!"

The hologram fades and the lights turn back on, "And so concludes my elaboration, Burvixese. Arliou, I have no doubt in our repellent. I consider your warnings to be just superstition."

At the mention of the Quasispace technology, the Umgah delegate perks up. He fixes 3 eyes on the Androsynth delegate and, after careful deliberation, makes a farting noise with two of his mouths. After this has gone on for about two minutes, he continues.

"This is being interesting but silly. We have Arilou being in right next door. Riding the greenlight train isn't fun without bigheads. Monsters don't being happy when pranked. Redshift is where fun being at, also asteroids. Not at all in connection to dropping asteroids on planetoids, where being Androsynth staying nowadays?"

RTL-79 speaks, "Where are we staying? Currently, we reside in the splinter colony of Alpha Andromedea, staying inside pressure domes on the surface of the cold planets. We are even taking a few peeks at the interesting rain bow colored planet. Other then that, we are getting ready to move out to Eta Vulpecula."

"Home sweet home!", echoes the 2 females.

"Doesn't the Orz live in the Vulpeculate star cluster?" The Pkunk asked the Androsynth. "You can't invade a friendly Alliance species!"

"Again, I have little knowledge of this Orz species, but if they have anything to do with our absence to the Quasi-dimension, they shall be....dealt with."

The Pkunk continued to protest. "The Orz are part of the New Alliance of Free Stars now. We don't know if they have anything to do with your dissappearance, but you can't attack a species just because they live in your star cluster while your entire race was gone. If you attack the Orz race, our Pkunk, Yehat, and Pkhat starships will attack you."

"We are now moving into the Ex-Pkunk space"
"We agree with the Pkunk, we also wish that we should not fight the Orz. Should they be a danger to the Alliance, then we should deal with them, but for now we must analyize the situation.
If you are that quick to attack and kill a race, one which you do not even know of, who's to say you will not destroy the Humans or any other Alliance members again."
The Chenjesu returned to his seat.

//Spathi

As historical data suggests, the Syreen have a big list of planet suitable for them, provided by the Ur-Quan Kzer-za. Syreen biology is compatible with Humans, so is compatible with Androsynth. If you contact the Syreen you should be able to find a cluster of stars bearing habitable planets for you, without the need for aggression.

"Ambassador Ahnd speaking. Androsynthetic delegation, I must concur with the Pkunk, Pkhat, Yehat, and Chenjesu delegates. We admire you. You have been through much. We also recognize your extreme desire to go home. We share this problem. Immediate attack, though is not the answer. Read about what has happened since you've been gone. This part of the galaxy has just come out of a war. We cannot be so quick to enter into another. We offer our services as mediator between the Orz and the Androsynthetic empires."

"Arilou ambassador, we are extremely interested in the Quasi-Drive technology. We are considering trade with the Androsynthetic Empire. We know that you disagree. We offer you this chance to be as clear as possible as to why we should deter from attempting to aquire this technology."
