"We thankyou for the support that we have had in this difficult time.
Arilou, thankyou, we are using Quasi-Space to transport the last few ships as they return from Groombridge."

Ahnd suddenly brightens. He has a moment of inspiration.

"Wait! I need the attention of all the delegates on what I'm about to suggest. In our studies of the galaxy during our absence, the Human race had been enslaved. However, the Ur-Quan did NOT find the survey team sent to Vela. There, the team became trapped and created a small colony. The planet became known as Unzervault. Here, the team found an abandoned Precursor factory. This factory is capable of creating Precursor vessels. The team only had enough resources availible to create one. Later the planet was slave shielded. Then freed again after the defeat of the Sa-Matra. Therefore, what if the Alliance members all made contributions to the Humans and allowed them to create a fleet of these vessels? With the assistance of the Melnorme in the past, we also know that the Humans possess upgrades that can greatly enhance the effect that the vessels would have. This is possibly our greatest advantage. I don't know why I hadn't thought of it earlier, as I've been studying the Precursors."

"Delegates, this may be our only salvation!"

"Ambassador Litwin, you MUST speak with your people immediately! Chmmr space is not far from Earth. There is a grim possibility that Earth could parish before we make use of this advantage!"

Ahnd types something into his data pad. He looks directly up at the Chmmr delegate with surprise on his face.

"You are correct. The Kohr-Ah are on a course that will bring them right back to Home."

Ahnd looks at the Arilou delegates.

"I'm sorry. We won't be able to aid in the inter-dimensional war effort."

Ahnd slumps into his chair, still excited about his proposal, yet deeply concerned about Home.

Though it would be great for all our safety, if such a fleet could be built, but wasn't the mainframe computer disassembled from the plant to be incorporated into and later destroyed with Zelnick's ship?

"Yes, Fwarrin, you are correct. BUT, the Starbase around Earth has records and detailed scans of the Vessel. The Ur-Quan starbase has been studied by our people and my reports show that the starbase would have done an automated scan of the Precursor vessel, one that should have blueprints on the Core Computer."

"Of course the Yehat and Pkhat claim they're focusing their attack on Vulpeculae, but they've also chosen the fastest route between their home stars and the Vulpeculae stars, which brings them directly through VUX space... and they've been picking off any VUX they find on their way."

"Also, I see a major flaw in Ahnd's argument- I've had the... 'privilege'... of seeing Zelnick's vessel personally, and I doubt the Earthlings would be able to recreate even one vessel quick enough to be of any use to the Chenjesu. We've estimated that the Chenjesu will lose the war in just a couple days."

Our estimations are similair, though we believe that we will last four days, because of the reinforcements from the Chmmr.
We ask, please! Help us!

The human ambassador has been uncharacteristically quiet during this entire time, tapping furiously on his console while listening to all of the other delegates. Without looking up at his screen, he speaks in a very rushed tone of voice.

"Ambassador Ahnd, what you suggest we have attempted many times ourselves, but it's just not possible to make so many ships in such a short amount of time, and it's become increasingly difficult for us to even begin construction on a single ship. Precursor technology is... iffy, to say the least."

"The amount of resources to reconstruct those ships for a war effort would be astronomical, but regardless if we could we would, Ambassadors," He looks up and hesitates for a moment, as if he's not really sure if he's supposed to be saying this, but he continues, "The factory on Unzervault just isn't operational anymore. No matter how hard anyone tries we're finding it impossible to get it up and running again. It seems when they built the flagship known as the Vindicator, the colonists took central components out of the factory that are irreplaceable and necessary for it to run."

He looks back down, "Regardless, the people of Earth will be supplying reinforcements with our Cruiser star ships."

"Chenjesu delegate, I'm sorry. I think it best to retreat to a near by Alliance held system. Procyon or Earth maybe? I hate that we are unable to stop this genocide but if you are going to survive, aside from the pods you've already sent, this may be your only chance."

Ahnd walks over to the Chenjesu delegate, places his hand on it, pulls away from being shocked and then does it again enduring the pain this time.

"My heart goes out to the Chenjesu people. I know first hand what it's like to lose everything. To have your race thrown into endangerment. If we fail to make any advances now, all races will be pushed into similar situations."

"Chmmr or Humans, may we move to your home planet? Our fleets are ready to mobilize."
