So I bought in, even with the crappy dollar. From what I gather the buy-in is intended to keep the amount of people small. Stardock is working on the assumption that only the most dedicated fans will pony up that cash. I can't share any real details, but there are some lively debates happening. Deb...

Same results over here. I was a little bummed out opening the acceptance email and seeing that it was 99.99 us which is currently 133.66 Canadian.

I think the only way that happens is if P&F have something in the works. With Skylanders being as big as it is I don't think it's a concern.

If TFB can't have it Stardock is the next best choice. They actually seems to care about making games fun and about their customers. I've sunk more hours into Sins than I care to admit. Galactic Civ as well.

When I first played the game I had a small binder full of paper (and a hand drawn Quasi-space map) by the time I was done.

Other than the creepy puppets I'd agree that the dead-ends are the worst part of the game. In SC2 you could screw up almost anything and still work around it which gave me more of a feeling of being an explorer. Oh and just floating around either waiting for a time-based event or to figure out some ...

As I recall the Beast will just show up as another lifeform. It isn't the only one on the planet, but you will know which one it is as soon as you see it :lol:

The fleet will show up as an energy signal when you find the right planet
